Shipping, Warranty & Return Policy for
Purchased Goods

Please read the following policy before purchasing any goods from our store.  Once you make a purchase on our online store, you abide to these rules.

Shipping Policy Against Frauds & Chargebacks

Due to a high volume of attempted frauds, starting September 2022, our payment processing can only ship to a Paypal verified address that matches the billing and shipping address in order.  We are currently only accepting Paypal, Affirm and Cash as valid payment options for online sales. This is a protection filter against chargeback and fraud attempts, which unfortunately have become extremely common on online sales.  We can only process the sale if you can meet those requirements.  In the case you do not wish to share that information we will have to cancel the order and refund the payment.  The customer has to notify us through phone, email, chat or facebook they wish to cancel the order.  Thank you for understanding!  We hope we can proceed with the order and serve you in the best way possible.

Repair Policy:


I grant permission to MankeroTech to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. Furthermore, I release MankeroTech from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. MankeroTech is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service. We make our best to give the utmost professional service to our customers in all repairs and we will also offer our recommendation when a device won't be worth fixing. Moreover, we are not responsible of the result when a customer self-diagnose or brought their own part bought outside our store for a device repair or upgrade.  Our warranty does not cover parts not bought at our store or the behavior of the device after the install of a part not bought at our store.

 Repair pickups have to be made within 30 days after the customer has been notified that a repair has been completed.  Warranty also starts the day a customer has been notified of pickup.  In the case the item was not repaired, the customer also has 30 days to pick up such item and will also be notified through SMS.  We hold all items for as long as 60 days from the initial creation of a ticket, whether or not a customer has been notified they have the responsibility of picking up their items within 60 days during business hours.  Mankerotech is not responsible for any forgotten items or sending reminders of pickup.  We will dispose the item after 60 days of initial ticket creation if not picked up, we will not refund any initial payment or credit for the item disposed.  If we installed a part on it, we will remove it and dispose the rest.  We are not responsible for forgotten, stolen, lost or any sort of liability after the 60 days of initial contact.  All contact with the customer is made through text messages.  Customer has the responsibility of picking up items during business hours.

Layaway Program

​

Our usual period for layaways are for 60 days unless there is a promotional offer announced.  Customer has to leave a 20% down payment that goes directly towards the price of the item.  Afterwards, the customer has to pick up the item before due date.  There are no refunds, exchanges for other items, store credit or returns on layaway items.  We will hold all items on layaway till due date.  After it has expired, we will return it to stock for sale.  It is not our responsibility to remind a customer about due dates.  We might post general reminders on our website, facebook and in-store ads.

Limited Warranty Terms

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from MankeroTech LLC Physical and Online store.

 

What does this limited warranty cover?

 

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period of 30 days from the initial purchase date.  Warranty covers all items included in the sale like chargers, accessories, etc.

 

During the Warranty Period, MankeroTech LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.  This decision is made by our professional technicians.

 

What will we do to correct problems?

 

MankeroTech LLC will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.  In the case the item is no longer repairable, we will offer a replacement of an exact or similar item in our store in the same price range.  The decision of exchanging to another item is reserved to MankeroTech LLC.

 

How long does the coverage last?

 

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from MankeroTech LLC is 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 10 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

 

What does this limited warranty cover?

 

Our warranty covers 30 days after the device has been marked as completed and notified the customer through our SMS system.  Warranty ONLY covers defects made from factory or errors in the service that was made.  If the device is broken, tampered, damaged or taken to another place for repair/evaluation, the warranty is voided.  Warranty does not cover tutorial on how to use the device, reset passwords, make accounts or anything related on the daily usage of the device.

 

 

What do you have to do?

 

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.  For local customers, warranty policy can only be claimed in person at our store.  For online users, we process a warranty solution through the phone or email.  We have to receive the product in our store before the warranty term expires in order to make it valid.

 

Once a person performs a purchase from MankeroTech LLC, it abides to this warranty policy.

Return and Refunds Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.mankerotech.com operated by MankeroTech LLC.

For online customers:

​

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of you receive in the mail the purchased good (we use a tracking number to determine this information). The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

​

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. 

​

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund and only be covered by our 30 day limited warranty on the product you purchased.

If the item was brand new (at initial sale) and has been opened, we will charge a 15% re-stocking fee.  If the item sold is missing any accessories included in the initial sale, we will also charge it prior offering a refund.

For in person customers:

​

In order to receive a full refund customer needs to bring back the item within 24 hours after purchase.  If an item was brand new at the time of purchase, we will charge a 15% re-stocking fee.  We might also offer an exchange for another product or store credit.

If a customer changed their mind about a product or wants to switch to another device as an exchange, we offer 5 business days to return for store credit from the initial purchase date.  We can also apply this store credit in case the device is defective (under our diagnosis).  After this period is over, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund but our 30 day warranty applies directly to the product purchased. For any return or exchange, the original receipt is required otherwise we will deny the return or credit.
